The location was marvelous and incredible, close to the city center, bars, clubs, supermarkets, Plaza Santa Ana. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and quick in responding to my needs. The small double room was bright with a balcony and a big bed.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the city, with easy access to bars, shops, and underground transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a small balcony offering a pleasant view. The bathroom had a good hairdryer and there was a mirror in both the room and the bathroom. Self-check-in was a breeze, and there was a lift to the fourth floor. The hotel also offered a secure entrance with codes for access.

The hotel staff did not know English, making communication difficult.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostal. The location was absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza del Sol. It was incredibly convenient to have all the necessary facilities, including a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, soap, clean sheets. The room itself was cute and simple, with a small fridge that was a great addition.

The rooms at Hostal Madrid Sol are bright, modern, and have a cheerful color scheme. As a vegetarian/vegan, I loved the fact that they were equipped with a fridge, which allowed me to store my plant-based goodies. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening relaxation.

Although the rooms were great, I personally didn't fancy having a kettle in the room. But hey, that's just my taste - others might enjoy a hot cup of tea in their room.

Hostal Madrid Sol is my go-to place in Madrid. The staff helped me with my suitcases during my first stay, and I've been coming back ever since. It has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, a Flat-screen TV, a Lift, and an Electric kettle. No pets allowed, Air conditioning, and No smoking on site. Perfect for my trip!

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, as we found a bug in the bathroom. The staff also entered our room without permission, even though we had hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door.
